Our lease is about to expire, and the new management team wants us to sign a 12 month lease. They used to offer shorter lease options, but no longer are allowed to write up any lease shorter than a 12 month.
We were planning to start house hunting in a month or two, however we are not willing to live in our much too cozy apartment for yet another year. My parents graciously offered for us to live with them for up to 6 months, while we save even more money and house hunt, so we are taking up my wonderful parents on their very kind offer.
In a few weeks we'll be back in Plano, just three miles from Steve's work and closer to our church and all of our friends.
It's exciting we are close to our owning our first home....and now since we'll be house hunting with even more money than we had planned, our options will get even better when we search for the right house.
